Wireless RF Locator (#60405)

The 60405 Wireless RF Locator is used to indicate alarms in large areas or outdoor zones where IRT Locator units are less effective (sunlight). Location is determined based upon the first reported signal receipt from the Personal Mobile and/or RF Transmitters. The RF Locators can be set for different ranges of sensitivity and install in minutes, providing a powerful tool for the design and installation of large wireless projects. Proprietary radio protocols and Signal Synchronization Technology allows the Wireless RF Locator to act intelligently, identifying each unit with a unique ID code that will communicate with the Crisis Controller® software. In addition, shorter wavelength of 900MHz signal provides superior range over conventional wireless products. RF Locators are deployable in multiple numbers, allowing for coverage of large sites. Each RF Locator is fully supervised to include low battery, tamper and inactivity alarms and is housed in a weather resistant enclosure.
