The Resident Alert Monitoring Center includes the
Actall Crisis Controller® software program, an IBM compatible
Pentium 4 system pre-installed with the Windows® 2000 operating
system with Crisis Controller Hardware lock, a 15" SVGA Monitor,
Multi-Media Speakers (#70005) CPU Watchdog, (#60613) Modem, and
(#60612) Alert Communicator Board. The standard Alert Monitoring
Center is authorized for up to 100 transmitters and can be upgraded
for authorization for 500 or more transmitters. Alarm location is
displayed on graphical map and alarm information is presented in
a table format, showing the date/time the alarm was sent, alarm
zone or location, alarm type, automatic paging, and the alarm ID
number. The Crisis Controller software is capable of managing over
65,000 different transmitter locations and is Windows 2000 and Novell
network compatible via a dedicated LAN network.
Component programming, map insertion and building and personnel
information are all easily accessed via menu driven windows in the
software. The system is installed with operator and supervisory
user privileges ensuring proper access to critical resources at
all times. The Resident Alert Monitoring Center has several upgrades,
including: Serial Protocol Interface Module (#60533, for direct
interface into unsupported equipment), Contact Module (#60531),
and a 32 point Input/Output Board (#60610).
There are several hardware add-ons available to the Alert Monitoring
Center: Paging upgrades which include the paging module (#60530)
a 2 watt paging transmitter (#91901), extended coverage dipole antenna
(#91919) and Motorola Advisor Gold Pager(#90149). In addition, peripheral
upgrades to the monitor (size and/or touchscreen), printers, Remote
access and diagnostics software and UPS (Uninterrupted Power Supply)
