Actall Security
Products (‘ASP’) has been in business since 1988, and
has been actively manufacturing and marketing the PALS 9000 product
line (including Crisis Controller software) since 1991. Now released
with Crisis Controller version 5.0, the PALS System has been installed
in over 150 facilities throughout the United States and Canada.
ASP operates throughout North America from its facility in Denver,
Colorado.
Wireless Technologies
The PALS 9000
Personal Duress System is a completely wireless system that utilizes
both Infrared (IR) and Radio Frequency technology (RF) to provide
alarm and location information when activated. To ensure that your
facility has complete alarm coverage, we have developed a "Total
Coverage Commitment" that applies to all of our product installations.
That commitment warrants that, once we have completed an RF Site
Survey, you will have sufficient network devices to provide the
desired amount of RF coverage. If, during the commissioning process,
areas are tested that do not return an alarm message (dead spots),
we will provide the necessary equipment to resolve the problem free
of charge. To the best of our knowledge, we are the only
duress firm in the business that provides this level of commitment.
Dealer
Network
The majority of
ASP’s direct customers are Security Integration firms who
have successfully bid the underlying installation of our equipment.
